For ages 18 months to 2. This high-energy, parent-participation class is designed to introduce toddlers to movement, balance, and basic motor skills in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Activities include guided play and movement, soft obstacle courses, and simple stretches that promote coordination and body awareness. Caregivers join in the fun, helping their little ones gain confidence, social interaction, and a love for physical activity from an early age.

For ages 3-5. This playful and imaginative 45 minute class introduces kids to the joy of movement through fun games, and interactive activities. Designed to develop gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and body awareness, children will run and jump in a supportive and encouraging setting. Each class blends structured exercises with creative play to keep young minds engaged. Perfect for building confidence and setting the foundation for a an active lifestyle!

For ages 4-6. This class is a high-energy fitness class designed just for little ones to build strength, coordination, and confidence—all while having a blast. Through fun games, obstacle courses, music, and imaginative play, kids will develop motor skills, teamwork, and a love for staying active. Every class is filled with smiles, movement, and plenty of chances to get those wiggles out in a safe, supportive environment!

For ages 5-8. Unleash your inner ninja! This high-energy class blends obstacle course training, agility drills, strength building, and balance work to challenge kids both physically and mentally. Students will run, jump, climb, and swing their way through fun, safe challenges designed to improve coordination, endurance, and confidence. Perfect for active kids who love to move, problem-solve, and push their limits! This is a 45 minute class.

For girls ages 8-12. Empowering and fun, this 1 hour class is designed just for girls to build strength, confidence, and a love for movement. Through a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, stretching, and teamwork challenges, participants improve endurance, coordination, and flexibility—all in a supportive, girls-only environment. With upbeat music and positive messaging, girls learn the importance of staying active while fostering self-esteem, friendship, and a strong body and mind.
