Service Description

8 week session. This high-energy, parent-participation class is designed to introduce toddlers to movement, balance, and basic motor skills in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Activities include guided play and movement, soft obstacle courses, and simple exercises that promote coordination and body awareness. Caregivers join in the fun, helping their little ones gain confidence, social interaction, and a love for physical activity from an early age. Please bring water. No shoes are allowed on the mats. Only one parent or guardian per child is allowed to join during class.
