Service Description

8 week session. This playful and imaginative 45 minute class introduces preschoolers to the joy of movement through fun games, and interactive activities. Designed to develop gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and body awareness, children will run, jump, and stretch in a supportive and encouraging setting. Each class blends structured exercises with creative play to keep young minds and bodies engaged. Perfect for building confidence and setting the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle! Please bring water. No shoes are allowed on the mats. This is an 8 week session. Begins October 22nd.
