8 weeks. This 45 minute class introduces preschoolers to the joy of movement through fun games, and interactive activities. Designed to develop gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and body awareness, children will run, jump, stretch, and dance in a supportive and encouraging setting. Each class blends structured exercises with creative play to keep young minds and bodies engaged. Perfect for building confidence and setting the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle! It is a step up from Jumpstart Juniors, adding more challenges and advanced exercises.
